Domestic Shipping Policy
We want it to get to you fast! We ship within 24 hours whenever possible. Free Shipping within the US will be via USPS with delivery in approximately 2-3 business days, tracking and delivery confirmation included.
For orders under the amount required to qualify for free shipping, we offer both expedited and economy methods from USPS.
No refunds will be provided if USPS tracking data shows package as delivered to customers address.
We regret that we can no longer ship to a different shipping address from billing address. This is due entirely to the increasing frequency of credit card fraud. It is a common misconception that banks cover stolen credit card charges, this is not so - the merchant is penalized through no fault of their own. We regret the need for this policy, but can no longer afford this loss. If this policy presents an problem for you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate your request.
If your order is above $150.00, or at the discretion of management, your order will be shipped with an adult, in-person signature required for delivery at your billing address of record. Again, this is due to dishonest people who ruin it for the rest of us. Should your package not be signed for, the postage fees will be deducted from the refund once merchandise is returned to us.
International Shipping Policy
Please choose your method of international shipment at checkout. We offer both expedited and economy international shipping methods from the United States Postal Service (USPS).
USPS Priority Mail International includes delivery confirmation, we recommend this method as it allows for the package to be tracked on it's way to you.
USPS First Class Mail International does not offer tracking once the package has left the USA, nor delivery confirmation and is at customers risk if selected.
Crave Beauty cannot be responsible for packages lost overseas. Proof of
