Frequently Asked Questions
Do you need help ordering? If so we will be happy to help you - we do accept telephone or email orders by contacting us via the methods above. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Please make sure to provide your credit card number, expiration, security code on the back of the card, your name and billing address of the card you are using.
Wondering about payment options? Our system accepts most credit & debit card choices. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit cards, or you may pay via Paypal if you prefer, (you do not need a Paypal account to use this method). Your personal payment information is never stored on our site for your security and safety.
Need help with product information? We would be happy to help, just contact us at help@cravebeautyonline.com and let us know what information is needed, we will try hard to answer your concerns or questions with (hopefully) intelligent answers!
Need to send a special message with a gift? No problem, we can assist with a hand written message of your choice. Our gift wrap is black & white with hot pink accents. "You Have a Gift" cards are available, just provide us your message and it will be included. If something else is desired we can usually accommodate your preference.
Want to send a Gift Certificate? You can purchase a gift certificate in amounts of $25, $50, $75, or $100. If a custom amount is desired just let us know. Our site will send an email to you suitable for forwarding to the lucky person who gets to use it, or we can send a customized card. Gift Certificates can be found at the bottom of the category menu on the left side of the home page.
Shipping? We ship free of charege via USPS Priority Mail for orders above $75.00, (US delivery only). For orders under that magic amount shipping is actual cost via the method you select from our options available.
International Shipping? We offer ecomomy or expedited international shipping via the US Postal Service, Fedex or UPS. Please be aware of the customs regulations in your country of residence before ordering. We are not responsible if Customs confiscates your order due to non-compliance. If you select a method of shipping that does not include confirmation of delivery and/or insurance we cannot guarantee passage once it has left our hands.
Did we goof? We hope you’re happy with all your Crave products – but if you’re not, we’ll do everything humanly possible to fix the problem. In the unlikely event that we can’t help, we’ll happily give you your money back.
Need a refund? We will happily offer complete and fast refunds including shipping charges for orders where we are at fault. For other issues refunds are available as long as the product is unused and untested, suitable for resale. We apologize but our company is too small to offer refunds in other cases.
