At Crave Beauty we strive to make your online shopping experience enjoyable, secure, and as much fun as possible.  We will be happy to help in any way we can in placing your order.  Need a real person?  We're family-run and love to hear your gushes, gripes and questions so we know what to work on next.  We try to get back to you quickly 365 days a year.

ORDERING/SHIPPING: Items can be placed directly in our online shopping cart.  If you are interested in special pieces of Eickholt Glass please contact us.  We do have additional pieces for sale that may not all be listed on our site at this time.

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday.  Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the following working day. 

Every effort is made to ensure all items listed on this site are available.  If an item is on backorder you will be notified within 1 business day of placing your order.  You may choose to wait for the item or a refund will be provided.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please email us at Crave.Help@gmail.com if you would like to place an order, we can customize shipping options for you and will be happy to ship overseas.

PAYMENT:   Our check-out system utilizes the PayPal for your security and convenience.  Your credit card number is only seen by PayPal, our site is not privy to your personal credit card information.  Please note: You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this system.

SALES TAX: Sales Tax is only charged on items shipped to a North Carolina address.

PACKAGING: We feature zebra and hot pink packaging; we never claimed to be subtle!  If you are purchasing for a special occasion, please let us know and we will make your order as gorgeous as possible.  Our beauty junkies love to make your purchase as pretty as can be and would be happy to include a personalized cute card.

COLORS: Crave Beauty has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at this site.  However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be wholly accurate.
