SHIPPING:
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of being placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the following working day.
Shipping rates for US Priority Mail are as follows:
- $0.01 - $30.00 = $5.95
- $30.01 - $59.99 = $8.95
- $60.00 and above = Free
Every effort is made to ensure all items listed on this site are available. If an item is on backorder you will be notified within 1 business day of placing your order. You may choose to wait for the item or cancel your order as you prefer.
Please note, at this time we cannot ship outside of the US & Canada. For orders from Canada please email us first for international shipping rates. We are sorry, but the free shipping option does not apply for outside the USA.
RETURNS:
Crave Beauty will only accept returned merchandise that is unopened, unused and in re-salable condition. Please contact us at crave.help@gmail.com within 10 days of receipt of your order for a return authorization. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES:
Please contact Crave Beauty at crave.help@gmail.com to report damages incurred during shipment. Items damaged in this way will be replaced upon return of item, and at no cost to the customer.
A note about payments - Our system utilizes the PayPal check out system to process your creit card for your security and convenience. Your credit card number is only seen by PayPal, our site is not privy to your personal payment information. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this system.
