We do not accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, or company checks unless by special arrangment. Please contact us if you wish to pay via these methods. Orders are only processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment errors that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Other returns due to change of mind or general dissasatisfaction with products are restricted to products in unopened/unused condition suitable for resale. Used or products out of the original packaging will not be refunded. |

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00 PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday or national holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Crave Beauty or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Shipping is free of charge to all US customers for orders in excess of $75.00. Shipping method/carrier will be decided by Crave Beauty and customers advised. Shipping method is usually US Priority Mail but we reserve the right to ship via alternative method if we deem necessary. Shipping charges below that order amount are at actual cost for USPS or UPS delivery dependent upon the weight of the package. International orders only ship via International Priority Mail with proof of delivery included. |
